    The sony alpha a900 is now showing in stock and on sale in the UK kit versions and basic
    and also some bargain prices on ebay

    With that attractive offer for those who'd like to upgrade to FF, Sony claims lion's share from the market! Mmm...Built in anti shake, anti dust, DRO+, 24.6 mp!! My fave is the Nikon d700, though, for its impressive low noise and slightly higher DR which I believe would help me better in HDR ; )

    Yes it seems lower noise at higher iso with the d700
    also the d300 is very similar in that respect

    I have noticed recent auctions in Ebay with the d700 going
    for less that £1500
