Yes I'll have to try and figure out what I'm doing wrong 
maybe a rendering as a WMV might be smoother

it will still look hand held but frame transition might be a bit smoother
download file size is aprox 31MB the little player on that page is only for verifying the video
you want to download and doesn't render it properly.
You have to play it on the pc after downloading the full file 
to download you click on the blue 'Download now' tab on that page
the download takes a countdown of 30 secs before it starts
It plays on windows media player or VLC player possibly other players as well
I'm thinking that the diffferent system of PAL and NTSC might also make a difference
